Grilled Steak and Shrimp with Potatoes and Asparagus

If you are like me, you are always looking for something new and delicious for supper. Let me tell you, this is delicious. Everything in this menu has been made on the grill, that means less clean up in the kitchen. Who doesn’t love less clean up. 

For the Steak: I used filet mignon with Montreal steak seasoning. Grill to your preferred doneness.

For the Shrimp: I use large or jumbo shrimp; peeled. I put the shrimp in a ziplock bag with some oil, old bay seasoning, smoked paprika, creole seasoning and lemon pepper. All to your liking. I use kabob sticks to cook them on the grill. 

For the potatoes: I cut my potatoes in chunks. I put them on a big piece of foil. I add chunks of butter and I season them with pepper, garlic powder and seasoning salt. You can season them however you like. Wrap up the foil tight so all the heat and moisture stay in while cooking. I throw these on the grill first. They take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to cook. 

For the asparagus: I just put oil and garlic salt on the and grill them last.
